9. תחולת פקודת הפיצויים (הגנה), 1940
פקודת הפיצויים (הגנה), 1940, והתקנות שהותקנו לפיה, יחולו על תפיסת מקרקעים על פי צו־תפיסה או על פי צו־שיכון, כאילו נתפסו המקרקעים אגב שימוש בסמכויות לשעת־חירום, כמשמעותן בפקודה האמורה.
