6. דיווח חודשי ללקוח
מי שהתקשר בהסכם תדלוק עם לקוח ימסור ללקוח או למי מטעמו של הלקוח, אם ביקש זאת, מראש ובכתב, דיווח חודשי לגבי מידע הנוגע אליו, וכן נתונים נוספים הנוגעים לאותו לקוח, ככל שאלה מצויים בידו, ובכלל זה כל מידע שהתקן התדלוק מאפשר להעביר, אלא אם כן הלקוח הורה אחרת מראש ובכתב.
