1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בקשה“ – בקשה להכרזה על קרקע מרובת בעלים כעל מתחם מועדף לדיור;
”הוועדה“ – הוועדה הארצית לתכנון ולבנייה של מתחמים מועדפים לדיור שהוקמה לפי סעיף 5 לחוק;
”מזכיר הצוות המייעץ“ – מזכיר הוועדה, או אדם אחר שמונה לכך;
”הצוות המייעץ“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 3(ד) לחוק.
