6. הצמדה
(א)הסכומים המפורטים בתקנות אלה ישתנו ב־1 בפברואר של כל שנה (להלן – יום השינוי) לפי שיעור השינוי של המדד החדש לעומת המדד היסודי.
(ב)סכום מוגדל כאמור יעוגל לסכום הקרוב שהוא מכפלה של חמישה שקלים חדשים.
(ג)בתקנה זו –
”המדד החדש“ – המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני יום השינוי;
”המדד היסודי“ – מדד חודש דצמבר 2014;
”מדד“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה.
