4. ניהול כספים המיועדים לתשלומים שאינם תשלומי גמלה בפנסיה תקציבית
הכספים המיועדים לתשלומים לאחר סיום עבודה לעובדים עוברים, שהועברו לחברת נמל בהתאם לאמור בסעיף 2 (בצו זה – העובדים העוברים לחברת נמל), הנובעים מההתחייבויות ינוהלו על ידי חברת נמל או מי מטעמה בחשבון נפרד לכל אחד מסוגי ההתחייבויות (בצו זה – חשבון אחר).
