18. הוראות מעבר
כל עוד לא הגיעה חברה להסכם עם המוסד בהתאם לתקנות אלה בתקופה מיום תחילתן ועד יום י״ב בניסן תשל״ז (31 במרס 1977) ימשיכו לחול לגביה הוראות התקנות הקודמות כאילו לא בוטלו, ובתום התקופה האמורה לא יגיע לחברה כל תשלום מאת המוסד כל עוד לא הגיעה להסכם עמו.
