נערכה קבורה בבית עלמין בקבורת רבים, ישלם המוסד לחברה תוספת בעד הקבורה השלישית ואילך באותה קבורת רבים, בשיעור הקבוע בלוח ב׳3 לתוספת, נוסף על הסכומים המשולמים לפי תקנה 5.
