10. נוכחות תלמידים
מוסד הכשרה לא ייתן לתלמיד אישור על עמידה בדרישות תכנית ההכשרה אלא אם כן התלמיד היה נוכח ב־80 אחוזים משעות ההכשרה העיונית וב־80 אחוזים משעות ההכשרה המעשית, לפחות, וכן בהכשרה עיונית מסוימת או בהכשרה מעשית מסוימת, אם נקבעו בתנאי ההכרה.
