22. מיפוי וביצוע סקר סיכונים
(א)ממונה אבטחת מידע יוודא ביצוע של סקר סיכונים ומבחני חדירות תקופתיים על המערכת אחת ל־18 חודשים לפחות, בשיטות מקובלות, על ידי גורם חיצוני בלתי תלוי.
(ב)ממונה אבטחת מידע יפעל לתיקון הליקויים שיימצאו בסקר בתוך פרק זמן סביר, על פי חומרת ליקויי האבטחה, מרגע היוודע דבר הליקוי.
