1. קיום חדרי תרופות
מוסד רפואי רשאי לקיים חדר תרופות, במרפאה או בסמוך לה, בישובים המפורטים בתוספת, לניפוק תרופות מוכנות שנתקבלו מבית מרקחת שבבעלותו של אותו מוסד רפואי, אף אם אינו מקיים בית מרקחת באותו ישוב.
