אחוזי ההשתתפות של גוף מפעיל כמפורט בטור א׳ בטבלה שבתוספת השנייה בעלות הפעלת משרת בשירות לאומי–אזרחי באחד מהמסלולים המפורטים בטורים ב׳ עד ד׳, יהיו כמפורט בטבלה האמורה.
