תיקון: תשל״ז
מנהל בית־חולים ורופאיו חייבים להגיש לרופא ממשלתי שמינה שר הבריאות לענין סעיף 29א לפקודה כל מידע מיוחד שידרוש, תוך הזמן שנקוב בדרישה בכתב שנמסרה מאת הרופא הממשלתי למנהל בית־החולים או לרופא כאמור.
