2. הגשת דין וחשבון
תיקון: תשע״ב
המנהל יגיש לרופא הממשלתי דין וחשבון על כל מקרה של שאת ממאירה שנמצאה אצל אדם (להלן – ממצא) –
(1)באחת מהבדיקות האלה:
א.בדיקה היסטופתולוגית;
ב.בדיקה המטולוגית;
ג.בדיקה ציטולוגית;
ד.בדיקה פתולוגית של העין;
ה.בדיקת מעבדה / סמנים אופייניים;
ו.בדיקת הדמיה;
ז.ניתוח חקירה בלא בדיקה היסטופתולוגית;
ח.אבחנה קלינית בלבד.
(2)במהלך אשפוזו של אדם, בתנאי שהממצא מופיע בסיכום מחלה שלו.
