8. רישום נתונים מהדוחו״ת
(א)את רישום מחלת הסרטן בישראל יערוך הרופא הממשלתי לפי הנתונים שבדוחו״ת.
(ב)הרישום ייערך ויישמר בדרך שיקבע המנהל הכללי.
