6ב. אמות מידה
תיקון: תשנ״ד
לענין מתן אישור, יתחשב המנהל באמות מידה אלה:
(1)התועלת לבריאות הציבור מהוספת המיטות או השירותים הרפואיים;
(2)שיעור המיטות לנפש באוכלוסיה כפי שנקבע בתוספת השניה ומספר המיטות וצורכי האוכלוסיה באזורי הארץ השונים, הכל בהתאם לייעוד המיטות;
(3)פריסת מיטות האשפוז ונגישות הציבור אליהן;
(4)הוצאות ההפעלה השוטפות והשלכתן על כלל ההוצאה הציבורית לבריאות – אם בית החולים ישרת את מערכת הבריאות הציבורית.
