15. מועדי בחינות
תיקון: תשפ״ד, תשפ״ו
(א)הבחינה בכל ענף מומחיות תיערך אחת לשנה לפחות, במועדים ובמקומות שיחליט עליהם ראש מינהל האחיוּת.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאי ראש מינהל האחיוּת להחליט כי לא תיערך בחינה בענף מומחיות בשנה מסוימת, בהעדר זכאים להיבחן בבחינה, או בהעדר נרשמים לבחינה.
