6א. פטור ממס ערך מוסף
תיקון: תשל״ט
(א)העברת זכויותיו של איגוד מקרקעין לבעלי הזכויות בו, הפטורה לפי חוק זה ממס שבח מקרקעין ומתוספת מס, פטורה גם ממס ערך מוסף.
(ב)הפטור לפי סעיף קטן (א) לא יחול על העברת זכויות מאיגוד מקרקעין אם בעלי הזכויות בו הם מלכ״ר או מוסד כספי והאיגוד ניכה את מס התשומות ששילם בשל רכישת הזכויות.
