1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מחירון“ – מחירון של חמרי גלם רפואיים, כפי שאושר בידי הממונה וכפי תקפו באותה שעה;
”תעריף“ – תעריף גמול הטרחה של רוקח, כפי שאושר בידי הממונה וכפי תקפו באותה שעה;
”תרופה“ – תרופה שנרקחה במיוחד על פי מרשם לפי סעיף 23 לפקודה;
”תכשיר רפואי“ – סם באריזה סגורה המוכן לשימוש בידי צרכן;
”ממונה“ – מי ששר הבריאות מינה אותו להיות ממונה לענין פרק שני 1 לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, תשי״ח–1957.
