6. תנאים לרישום ברשימה
לא יירשם צרכן ברשימה, אלא אם כן מקום מגוריו הוא במחוז שבו רשום בית המרקחת; לא היה במקום מגוריו של הצרכן בית מרקחת שאושר לפי תקנה 4, רשאי הרוקח האחראי לרשמו ברשימה בתנאי שהרוקח המחוזי אישר זאת.
