26. בדיקת נתונים אישיים ומקצועיים
המנהל הכללי רשאי, ביוזמתו או על פי בקשת ועדת הבוחנים, לערוך או להורות לאחר לערוך בדיקה של הנתונים האישיים והמקצועיים של מועמד במכרז פלוני, לרבות קבלת חוות דעת על מועמד מאת מעבידו הנוכחי או מעבידים קודמים, המשטרה, מוסדות הביטחון וממליצים שצוינו על ידי המועמד.
