33. ניגוד עניינים של בוחן
בוחן המצוי בניגוד עניינים בין מילוי תפקידו כבוחן לבין עניין אישי שלו, לרבות עקב קרבת משפחה עם אחד המועמדים, או לבין תפקיד אחר שהוא ממלא, יודיע למנהל הכללי ולא ישתתף בוועדת הבוחנים הבוחנת את המועמד; בסעיף זה, ”קרבת משפחה“ – כהגדרת ”קרוב משפחה“ בכללי שירות המדינה (מינויים) (סייגים בקרבה משפחתית) (עובדי ועדת הבחירות המרכזית לכנסת), התשס״ז–2016.
