36. הרשות להתייצב לפני ועדת הבוחנים
בישיבת ועדת הבוחנים לא יהיה נוכח שום אדם מלבד חברי הוועדה, בוחן–יועץ, עובד הוועדה המרכזית שהמנהל הכללי מינה אותו למזכיר ועדת הבוחנים, נבחן או נבחנים ומי שהמנהל הכללי התיר את נוכחותו.
