5. מועד להגשת בקשה
המועד האחרון להגשת בקשה למשרה יהיה שבעה ימים לפחות אחרי התאריך הראשון של פרסום המכרז, ואולם המנהל הכללי רשאי, לגבי מכרז מסוים, בהחלטה מנומקת בכתב הנובעת מטעמים מיוחדים, להורות על הארכת התקופה כאמור.
