13א. פעילות עסקית
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)חבר הכנסת לא יהיה חבר במועצת המנהלים של חברה עסקית ולא ישמש בתפקיד ניהולי בחברה עסקית, אף בלא תמורה, ואף אם אינו מחזיק במניותיה של החברה.
(ב)חבר הכנסת לא יהיה חבר במועצת המנהלים של תאגיד שהוקם לפי חוק או של גוף ממשלתי.
