13ג. חופשה בלא תשלום
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)חבר הכנסת רשאי לשהות בחופשה בלא תשלום ממקום העבודה שבו עבד לפני תחילת כהונתו, ובלבד שאין הוא מקבל כל תמורה ממקום העבודה; חבר הכנסת השוהה בחופשה בלא תשלום יודיע על כך לוועדת האתיקה בסמוך לאחר תחילת כהונתו.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי להטיל חובות על מקום העבודה שבו עבד חבר הכנסת לפני תחילת כהונתו.
