16. פעולת יושב ראש הכנסת
(א)יושב ראש הכנסת ישמור על סודיות הצהרות חברי הכנסת ולא יגלה כל פרט מהן, אלא בהסכמתו או על פי בקשתו של חבר הכנסת המצהיר, או על פי דרישה של בית המשפט.
(ב)יושב ראש הכנסת רשאי, אם לדעתו נסיבות הענין מצדיקות זאת, לדווח על אי קיום כללי פרק זה או על סטיה מהם בידי חבר הכנסת, לועדת האתיקה של הכנסת ולהביא לידיעתה את ממצאיו.
(ג)ראה יושב ראש הכנסת כי קיים חשש לעבירה פלילית, יעביר את הענין לידיעת היועץ המשפטי לממשלה.
