19. שמיעת קובלנה
ועדת האתיקה תקבל קובלנה נגד חבר הכנסת, תדון ותכריע בה, אחר שתתן לו הזדמנות נאותה לסתור את הקובלנה, להביא את ראיותיו ולהשמיע את טענותיו, בדרכים שתקבע הועדה.
