21. איסור פרסום
הליכי אתיקה נגד חבר הכנסת ודיוני ועדת האתיקה בהם, והמסמכים, הפרוטוקולים וההחלטות בענינם, יהיו חסויים; אין לנכוח בהם אלא ברשות הועדה, ואין לפרסמם, כולם או מקצתם, אלא ברשות בכתב מאת הועדה ובתנאים שתקבע.
