8. רכישת נכסי המדינה
חבר הכנסת לא ירכוש ולא יקבל נכסי המדינה, בין במישרין ובין בעקיפין, מלבד רכישה או קבלה של נכסים הנמכרים או הנמסרים בדרך אחרת לציבור, על פי עקרונות כלליים ומוגדרים מראש, ואשר לציבור אפשרות שווה לרכשם או לקבלם.
