בתקנות אלה –
”ועדה“ – הוועדה שמונתה לפי סעיף 20 לחוק;
”רופא וטרינר“ – רופא וטרינר שנגדו הוגשה קובלנה לפי סעיף 19 לחוק;
”השר“ – שר החקלאות.
