4. מסירת העתק ההשגה למשיבה
כתב ההשגה, ואישור על הגשת ההשגה לוועדה כאמור בתקנה 2(ב), יומצאו בידי המשיג, בהקדם האפשרי לאחר הגשתו לוועדה, לכל משיב, ואם ההפקעה נעשתה על פי הרשאה לפי סעיף 22 לפקודה, גם לרשות מקרקעי ישראל.
