1. הגדרה
בתקנות אלה, ”כלי לשיקוע פינים בפעולה ישירה“ – מכשיר, המנצל את אנרגיית הגזים, אשר נוצרת על ידי התלקחות חומר נפץ שבתחמיש, לתקיעת פינים בתוך חמרים שונים כגון בטון, לבנים ומתכות, כשהפין מואץ בו ישירות על ידי לחץ גזי השריפה.
