21. תסקיר על תוצאות המבחנים ותעודת התאמה
(א)המוסד לבקורת יתן למי שביקש את עריכת המבחנים במסגרת תסקיר על תוצאות המבחנים והבדיקות בהתאם לטופס שבתוספת השניה.
(ב)נוכח המוסד לבקורת שהמסגרת עמדה במבחנים ובדיקות בהתאם להוראות שבתוספת הראשונה, יוציא המוסד תעודת התאמה לדגם המסגרת לפי הטופס בתוספת השלישית.
(ג)המוסד לבקורת ישלח למפקח הראשי עותק מכל תסקיר ומכל תעודת התאמה.
