7. חובת מסגרת בטיחות
לא יופעל טרקטור למטרות חקלאות ולא יוחזק לשם הפעלה למטרות חקלאות, אלא אם מורכבת בטרקטור באופן נאות מסגרת בטיחות ונתקיימו הוראות תקנות 8 עד 11.
