2. איסור השימוש בבנזן
תיקון: תשנ״ט
לא ישתמשו בבנזן במפעל או במקום עבודה כלשהו אלא למטרות המפורטות להלן:
(1)ייצור, עיבוד או טלטול של בנזן;
(2)ייצור, עיבוד או טלטול של דלק למנועים;
(3)עבודה בסינתזה כימית, שבה הבנזן הוא מרכיב הכרחי;
(4)עבודה אנליטית או עבודת מחקר במעבדה, שהיא שימוש, עיבוד או טלטול של בנזן שנתקבל לגביה היתר מאת מפקח עבודה אזורי.
