8. אמצעי גיהות אישיים
תיקון: תשנ״ט
(א)לא יאכל עובד, לא ישתה ולא יעשן במקום שבו עובדים בבנזן אלא בחדרים המיוחדים שהתקין לענין זה המעביד.
(ב)בתום יום העבודה יסיר עובד בבנזן את בגדי העבודה, ישאירם במלתחות המיועדות להם במקום העבודה ויתקלח לפני לבישת בגדים נקיים.
(ג)במפעל או במקום עבודה אחר שבו עובדים בבנזן, תתנהל עבודת אישה בהריון או בתקופת ההנקה, בהתאם לתקנות עבודת נשים (עבודות אסורות ועבודות מוגבלות), התש״ם–1979.
