14. אי־התאמה לעבוד במפ״ה
תיקון: תשנ״ד, תשע״א
יראו עובד כמי שאינו מתאים להיות עובד במפ״ה, אם נמצא אצלו אחד מאלה:
(1)הרעלה חדה או כרונית של ממיסים פחמיימניים הלוגניים;
(2)ליקוי בתפקודי הכבד;
(3)ליקוי בתפקודי הכליות;
(4)ממצאים חריגים של ערכי הסמנים הביולוגיים לחשיפה תעסוקתית מאלה המופיעים בתוספת השלישית לתקנות הניטור;
(5)טרם מלאו לו 18 שנים;
(6)אי־התאמה אחרת לדעת הרופא המורשה הבודק.
