16. איסור העבדה לאחר קבלת התראה
מעביד שקיבל התראה לגבי אי־התאמת העובד להמשיך לעבוד כעובד במפ״ה, יחדל להעבידו כעובד במפ״ה תוך שבוע מיום קבלת ההתראה ויפעל לגביו בהתאם להוראות שקיבל ממפקח עבודה אזורי.
