19. פנקס רישום למכשירי נשימה וספרי זיהוי למכשירים
(א)ינוהל פנקס רישום למכשירי נשימה המכילים מסננים בו יירשמו הפרטים כאמור בתוספת השניה.
(ב)כל מכשיר נשימה או מסנן שחובה לרשמם בפנקס הרישום יסומן במספר זיהוי.
(ג)פנקס הרישום יישמר לפחות שנה אחת אחר הרישום האחרון בו.
