12. בדיקות
(א)הסל ייבדק לפני השימוש בו בידי בודק מוסמך למכונות הרמה, אשר יאשר התאמת הסל לדרישת התקן והתאמתו למלגזות שעליהן מותר להרכיב את הסל.
(ב)לפני הרכבת סל על מלגזה ושימוש בו, יבדוק תופש המקום או מי שהוא מינהו בכתב לענין זה, את תקינות הסל פעולת מנגנוני הנעילה ומנגנוני ההרמה והפיקוד של המלגזה, וכן ירים את הסל הריק עד לגובה המרבי, ויבדוק את תקינות ההפעלה.
(ג)הבדיקה תיעשה בנוכחות מפעיל המלגזה והממונה על בני האדם שיש להרימם.
