4. איסור הדלקה במתחם מירון בזמן ההילולה שלא במסגרת אירוע ההדלקה המרכזי
(א)לא יארגן אדם הדלקה ולא יבצע הדלקה במתחם קבר רבי שמעון בר יוחאי בזמן ההילולה שלא במסגרת אירוע ההדלקה המרכזי לפי סעיף 5.
(ב)לא יארגן אדם הדלקה ולא יבצע הדלקה במתחם מירון שלא במסגרת אירוע ההדלקה המרכזי אלא במסגרת אירוע נוסף לפי סעיף 6.
(ג)לא יארגן אדם הדלקה ולא יבצע הדלקה אלא במקום שהמדינה או מי מטעמה הכשירו ובמיתקן הדלקה.
