21. רשות מוסמכת
רשות מוסמכת רשאית –
(1)להקים ולהפעיל שלוחה של מאגר נתוני הנוסעים, ולעבד בה מידע, כאמור בסעיף 22;
(2)לבקש מהמרכז לבצע הערכה או שאילתה, כאמור בסעיף 16(ב).
