26. הנחיות פנימיות
מי שעומד בראש רשות מוסמכת יקבע בהנחיות פנימיות את הגורמים הרשאים לבקש ולקבל מידע ממאגר נתוני הנוסעים או מהשלוחה, באמצעות מורשי הגישה מטעם אותה רשות מוסמכת.
