5. חובת יידוע הנוסעים בדבר העברת המידע
(א)מוביל נוסעים יפרט בתנאי התובלה שהוא מפרסם, הודעה בכתב, בעברית ובאנגלית, בנוסח הקבוע בתוספת הרביעית; מוביל הנוסעים רשאי למסור את ההודעה, נוסף על הנוסח האמור, גם בשפה אחרת.
(ב)שר התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת הרביעית.
