1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אדם עם מוגבלות“ – כהגדרתו בחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח–1998;
”בן זוג עם מוגבלות“ – בן זוג אשר מתוקף מוגבלותו הוא זכאי לדירה ציבורית לפי הכללים;
”המשרד“ – משרד הבינוי והשיכון;
”ועדה מיוחדת“ – ועדה המוקמת לפי תקנה 7;
”ילד“ – קטין כמשמעותו בחוק הכשרות המשפטית והאפוטרופסות, התשכ״ב–1962, זולת אם נאמר במפורש אחרת.
