6. השלמת מסמכים
המשרד יבחן את המסמכים שצירף כל אחד מבני הזוג בתוך 14 ימים מהמועד האחרון להגשת התגובה לבקשה, ההשגה או התגובה להשגה; מצא המשרד כי חסרים מסמכים שאותם היה על מי מבני הזוג לצרף לבקשה, להשגה או לתגובה, יפנה בכתב אל בן הזוג המתאים, לפי העניין, בבקשה להמציא את המסמכים החסרים בתוך 10 ימים ממועד קבלת הפנייה לידיו.
