3. סמכות לפטור
יושב ראש הכנסת רשאי לפטור מהוראות כללים אלה אם אין כל קשר עבודה בין המועמד למשרה לבין קרוב המשפחה העובד בכנסת או אם יוכח לו שהפטור חיוני.
