13. סדר קדימה בהקצאת רציפים בנמל אילת
(א)בנמל אילת, תינתן עדיפות ראשונה לאניות גלנוע המשנעות מכוניות.
(ב)סדר הקדימה בהקצאת רציף לאניות שאינן נכללות בסעיף קטן (א), יהיה לפי סדר הגעתן לנמל.
