7. חובה להקצות רציף לפי ייעודו
מפעיל יקצה את הרציפים בשטחו לפי ייעודם המפורט בסעיף 6, אלא אם כן נקבע במפורש אחרת בכללים אלה או אם קיים רציף פנוי ואין אנייה המובילה מטען מסוג שמיועד לו אותו רציף ממתינה לקבל בו שירותי נמל.
