1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אימוץ בין־ארצי“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 28א לחוק אימוץ ילדים;
”הורה מאמץ“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 9ד לחוק;
”חוק אימוץ ילדים“ – חוק אימוץ ילדים, התשמ״א–1981;
”עמותה מוכרת“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 28ג לחוק אימוץ ילדים.
